Yuyeonhan, led by Chinese CEO Ji Sijie, is developing a platform to manage applications, documents, attendance and reporting for programs in one place.
Ji is in the 10th year of living in South Korea. After experiencing the repetitive tasks involved in running multiple programs using Excel, email and a range of other tools, Ji started Yuyeonhan to address them.

◇ Managing programs in one place, from applications to reports
Yuyeonhan’s platform identifies missing documents, tracks progress and supports follow-up requests, data collection and report writing.
Ji said the platform differs from general task management tools by focusing on running programs themselves, rather than managing schedules or tasks.
◇ Development and market validation through the Global Startup Commercialization Support Program
Yuyeonhan is moving from planning into product development and commercialization through its participation in the Global Startup Commercialization Support Program.
Ji said the program provides support that can be used for product development, as well as marketing and market validation.
The company is also receiving help to refine its product and business direction. Ji said program managers provide ongoing guidance, while direct conversations with experts offer product feedback and advice on the direction of the business.

◇ Working toward an AI platform for program operations
Yuyeonhan’s initial goal is to reduce repetitive work and make data management more efficient for organizations running various programs in South Korea.
Over the longer term, it plans to develop beyond simple task automation into an AI platform for program operations that analyzes data, identifies risks early and supports performance measurement and decision-making. After establishing a base in South Korea, it plans to expand into overseas markets facing similar problems.
