– One platform covering everything from KOC discovery on Douyin and Xiaohongshu to campaign management and performance analysis
– MOU signed with a Korean marketing agency… Plans to expand into Japan and Southeast Asia after pilot validation
BringLocality is developing an AI-powered KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) marketing platform to support Chinese social media marketing for Korean companies and marketing agencies.
BringLocality is building a service that uses creator data from Douyin and Xiaohongshu to identify KOCs that are a good fit for brands and uses AI to evaluate factors such as category fit and content engagement. The goal is to manage the entire process on a single platform, from creator discovery and outreach to product delivery, content review, posting schedule management, performance measurement, and report generation.
The company is currently in the process of designing its core system and data pipeline and developing its MVP. It has signed an MOU with a Korean marketing agency and agreed to conduct a pilot campaign, with plans to validate the product through an actual China-market campaign conducted by the partner agency.

Establishing a Foundation for Commercialization in Korea Through the Global Startup Commercialization Support Program
BringLocality is participating in the Global Startup Commercialization Support Program as it prepares to develop its service and conduct initial market validation in Korea.
The Global Startup Commercialization Support Program is a program that provides promising overseas startup teams with both commercialization funding and a foundation for establishing themselves in Korea, helping them start and grow their businesses in the country. The program provides support needed for business expansion in Korea, including product and service development, initial market testing, and support through the Global Startup Center for establishing a local entity, visas, domestic recruitment, investment consultations, and partner matching.
Through the program, BringLocality is strengthening its workforce infrastructure for commercialization in Korea. In particular, it is utilizing personnel cost support to ease the cost of maintaining the team needed to pursue its business in Korea. At the same time, the company is preparing for MVP development and its first market validation through a partner agency.
Going forward, the company plans to use actual data secured from pilot campaigns to improve its KOC evaluation and performance analysis functions and use the validation results as case studies for sales efforts targeting Korean marketing agencies.
Preparing for Initial Validation in the Korean Market
BringLocality established its Korean entity in March 2026 and is preparing to validate the market, primarily targeting domestic marketing agencies. The company has signed an MOU with one Korean marketing agency and is preparing a pilot campaign. Through the pilot, it plans to collect real campaign data and use it to further develop the service and expand its customer base.
BringLocality is also continuing its initial service development and market validation through the 2026 Global Startup Commercialization Support Program. Based on operational data and case studies collected through the pilot, the company plans to expand the service to other Korean marketing agencies that have clients targeting the Chinese market.
Expanding the KOC Marketing Model Validated in Korea Across Asia
BringLocality plans to first validate its service in Korea, focusing on marketing agencies that support companies entering the Chinese market, and expand its subscription customer base. It then plans to expand into other Asian markets with demand for entering the Chinese market, including Japan and Southeast Asia, based on pilot cases and operational experience accumulated in Korea.
BringLocality plans to connect the entire process—from China KOC discovery to campaign management and performance analysis—on a single platform to reduce the information and operational challenges faced by Korean companies in Chinese social media marketing, and to expand its business across Asia based on its initial market validation in Korea.
