Wild Water Park – The Best Fresno Waterpark for Water Slides

 the Wild waterpark is the biggest 41 and the Shaw Avenue exit, which is on Shaw Avenue just south of Highway 99. At Wild Water Park, there are numerous exciting slides for people of all ages, including tube slides, a lazy river, and a kiddie pool with fountains. Additionally, we have two sizable wave pools where people can body surf without fear of lifeguards kicking them out.

How long has Wild Water Park been open?

Since its opening in 1972,  water parks in fresno has gone by the name Wild Waters Family Swim Center. The park changed its name to Wild water in 1984 and transformed into an enclosed waterpark. The recognizable tube chute slide was installed in 2005, and the park started operating on a seasonal basis. Our top focus has always been to create a secure setting where families may enjoy themselves.

Our seasons begin in June and last until September, making us the only waterpark in Central California for a long time (closed Sundays). But during the past few years, more rival attractions have opened nearby, including sizable year-round mega-parks, increasing the level of competition. Due of the rising competition, we began considering how we could set ourselves apart from these more 

Why did they choose to build their park here?

Here are some of the factors that made the choice to construct Wild Water Park in Fresno such a significant one. First of all, we were aware that although the population of families in this area was increasing annually, they were unable to meet the need. More parks and family-friendly attractions were required. Second, individuals from all across town can easily visit us on weekends due to our close proximity to I-5.

How many rides are there?

You will be able to enjoy all of our great  water parks in fresno when you visit Wild Water Park. There is enough space at this water park for you to bring your family and friends. All ages can enjoy one of our five different types of waterslides. While brave adults could love the Double Drop or Triple Drop, kids might prefer to try the Dinosaur, Barrels, or Devil’s Slide. Once you’ve finished riding these water slides, be prepared to take a quick shower! There is a ton of seating in our park, so you won’t have a lot to worry about getting burned as you wait in line!

Is there an age requirement?

All ages can participate in the activities at our water park. Every time they are in the water, kids younger than 7 must be supervised by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Teens between the ages of 13 and 17 are permitted entry into the park with a completed, notarized parental permission form, which is available at our front desk when you arrive. Teen’s ages 18 to 20 must have one of the following items instead of a signed and notarized parental permission form: a passport, driver’s license, or military ID Before accessing the park’s pool section, any rider under the age of seven must be wearing a life jacket.

Are there lockers available to rent?

Lockers are obtainable for hire. You can rent a locker for $10 and keep it for however long you need. It will provide safety for your valuables so you don’t have to worry about theft or water damage. You’ll also never have to worry about forgetting your personal items because they’ll be safely tucked away in your locker! They’re safe, reliable, and secure!

How much does it cost per ride?

Depending on the slide, rides cost between $2 and $5 per rider. We provide unlimited passes, which come in a variety of price ranges, for those who want to spend a little more.

We have over 30 water slides with varying degrees of adrenaline, but we also have some really adorable and entertaining kiddie attractions. One of our favorites is Splash Mountain, which features audio-animatronic creatures and is comparable to Disneyland’s Jungle Cruise.
