Notably, FijiPOS stands out by allowing businesses to merge in-person and online transaction processing via virtual and physical POS systems. This integration facilitates simplified management, streamlined operations, and more competitive pricing.
In response to the ongoing monetary tightening across Türkiye and the world, Ozan efficiently adapted to the new economic situation by introducing tailored solutions for various industries under the Fiji brand. These offerings catered specifically to sectors such as hospitality, travel, automotive sales, and bulk reselling.
Collaborative partnerships significantly contributed to Ozan’s expansion, enabling the company to engage with a wider customer base while efficiently managing its marketing and sales activities. A pivotal partnership among Aveon Global Sigorta (Insurance), TESK (Confederation of Turkish Tradespeople and Craftspeople), and Ozan led to the launch of a digital wallet application. This app, designed with unique functionalities for micro-enterprises and tradespeople connected to TESK, quickly saw a surge in adoption. Within months, numerous TESK members had registered, accessing various payment services, insurance offerings, and microloans.
