POP3 Server Settings- 

Follow these POP3 settings to set the incoming server for your account- 

  • Incoming Server Account type: POP 
  • Username for your Incoming Email Server: Your Roadrunner mail address. 
  • Password for the Incoming Server: Your roadrunner account password.
  • Incoming Server Host Name: mail.twc.com 
  • Port Number for Incoming Server: 995 
  • Incoming Server TLS/SSL required: YES 
  • Authentication required: YES ( Roadrunner account username and password)

These were the Incoming server settings for your account. You can choose anyone between these two services. After that, you have to set Outgoing Server settings for your account. So, here are the SMTP (Outgoing Server) settings for your account.

SMTP Server settings- 

  • Outgoing Email Server account type: SMTP 
  • Username for Outgoing Server: Your email address 
  • Server Password for the Outgoing Server: Your email account password 
  • The hostname for the Outgoing Email Server: mail.twc.com
  • Port Number for Outgoing Email Server: 587
  • Outgoing Email Server TLS/SSL required: YES 
  • Authentication: YES

Now, you can use these settings to add your account to a device. For example, the steps to set up your email account on an iPhone device will be as follows. 

  • Firstly, click on the Settings tab on your mobile and tap on the Mail button. 
  • Now, select the Accounts option. 
  • Next, click on the Add Account button and then click on the Others button. 
  • Select the Add Mail Account option. 
  • Enter your name, Roadrunner mail address, and password in the respective columns. After that, click on the Next button.
