  • Check the network cable is located away from outlets, fluorescent lights, uninterruptible power supplies, and other strong sources of electromagnetic interference. 

 If everything else fails, you can reset your router to factory reset. Insert a pin, etc. that is small enough to fit in the hole labeled “Reset” on the front of the router. 

Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds or until the red diagnostic light comes on. Please restart your computer.
