General Description
The BSS138LT1G is an N-Channel Power MOSFET that is available in the SOT-23 package. It has a low threshold voltage which makes it ideal for low voltage, low current applications such as computers, cordless phones. Besides, it works with a drain current of 200 mA and a VDS of 50V. However, It is quite costly and you can choose 2N7002LT as an equivalent but then you should bear a rather high ON-resistance. (Summarized by Easybom)Â
