A bomb blast near a school in eastern Ukraine has killed at least 60 people. There, Ukrainian forces are fighting Russian troops and separatists.

Luhansk Regional Governor Serhiy Gaidai confirmed the deaths, saying at least 60 people were feared dead under the rubble of a school in Belohorivka.
At least 90 people took shelter in the school building.
30 of them have been rescued. Of the 30 people rescued, seven were injured.
Serhi Gaidai said the bomber struck shortly after noon local time from a Russian plane.
However, the veracity of his claim could not be verified. Russia has not commented on the report.
